Changelog

1. Added a Perks System
   1. After killing a certain amount of both running and flying enemies, you get to pick one from 2 random perks. (total of 8 different perks)
   2. Perks will stay with you till you resart
2. Added an online leaderboard
   1. You will have to choose a username
   2. Your highscores will be uploaded to the leaderboard
   3. The game will show the top 5 players
3. Added a cool splash screen and game icon
4. Now buttons are highlighted when you hover over them
5. Reduced sniper ammo and number of them spawned
